    Roses! Do you have a better pic of the tree it’s growing around? Could be sumac. The leaves don’t *seem* to be Tree of Heaven, but I’m not an expert I’d need a better look

    Edit: to explain a bit better, the leaves look serrated when I zoom in but idk if thats an artefact of the zoom

    I’ve been asking the same thing here about similar (identical?) ones in Chester. The best guesses so fqe are all some sort of non-native ornamental. Luckily it doesnt appear to be multiflora (mine hsve spiked stipules) or anything outright invasive.
