Gorgeous frydek! Roots out of the bottom aren’t necessarily an indication that you should repot, that’s just the plant being a plant and reaching for water. If the plant is actively declining/struggling and no other environmental factors have changed, or is absorbing water so quickly that you have to refill it every day or so, that’s when I’d repot. Otherwise, I’d leave it be.
