Opened up to find my broccoli and spinach covered in these little bugs. Surprised they got in through the cover of the Vegepod but once they have they’ve quickly spread.

Any recommendations for removal much appreciated

    Aphids. I wouldn’t worry though, it looks like Ladybirds (or their larvae) are already busy sucking their juices up like zooper doopers. This is based on the numerous white shells (the endoskeletons of the aphids). 
    The few remaining aphids (in black), are basically walking in a graveyard of their friends, they will soon be on the menu too and your plant should be fine! 
    (please don’t use pesticide!)
