I plan to add a moss pole however didn’t want to do so until I figure out the size pot I should put it in. I believe I made a huge mistake potting her in a pot that was about 3 or 4 inches bigger. If I downsized maybe to a 10 inch pot would I putting stress on her.

Where exactly are you thinking of putting the moss pole? There are multiple plants in there facing in all directions. I’d worry waaaay more about the type of soil you have there.
