I ordered this tree from Arbor Day foundation. it came pruned this way. what will the tree look like? will it have a short trunk because of this pruning? it is still alive & growing leaves at the tip.

The tip was broken or eaten at some point and it grew past that. Low quality product but it might grow up just fine
