This is all part of them trying to privatize the USPS. Dude who took over did this shit, saying it would improve times, but damn well knowing it’ll cause fewer and fewer customers to use USPS. After it starts to lose money, they can pitch privatizing it. Then the dude who runs it, can try to acquire it to add to his families shipping companies. He comes from the private shipping world where his family has a very large shipping business.
