I’ve used a number of plant identification apps and AI and I keep getting different answers. Most suggest Ceropegia mixta or a Euphorbia mammillaris.

When I pulled a dead arm off, the base produced a white, very sticky, milky substance which may an indicator of a Euphorbia, but I’m not finding any pictures of plants that look similar.

Any thoughts?

A Euphorbia medusoid type. These hybridize readily and can’t really be verified as a true species without either you or the grower jumping through a bunch of hoops. Most likely suspect is E. flanganii hybrid. The latex is not good to touch so make sure you wash your hands.
