This cuban origin Pinguicula jackii is truly a unique one in its genus, known for its only true blue flowers!
Interestingly, the colors tend to turn more violet under warmer temperatures. But if grown cooler, they have truly sapphire tinted hues.
Possibly one of my favorite pings to grow despite how difficult it is at times to get it established.
This specimen is on its 2nd growing season.
