Always thought this was some sort of Magnolia but flowers don’t look right. Bloomed with a bunch of small, clustered, white flowers. Very short blooming period and then quickly disappeared, leaving the shriveled brown thing in the first pic. Now thinking it may be a chokeberry, but it doesn’t have any berries. I am confused.

What country are you in?
That is a good looking plant. Our here it the PNW we usually see this one Photinia × fraseri. Along the freeways that do not shear them like that, but pretty much every yard they get shear down and kept like this lol
