They’re pretty robust. Just keep taking care of it and it’ll bounce back
Definitely not. Get those roots plenty of air, get your watering back on track and remove rotted stems. Soil dry down to the first knuckle of your finger before watering.
More light, the new leaves are smaller than normal.
