trying to propagate my turtle vine plant, I cut these on monday and just saw these what I assume are roots coming out of the stem, i didn't expect it to happen so fast. how long do they need to get before I pot them in soil? I want to put them back in the pot with the original plant

I would cut them just below the lowest node where roots are coming from then plant them to where all of the roots are buried. Then just be gentle with watering until they stabilize themselves a bit in the soil
