Just looking for some opinion/tips on care for my flf. I got it maybe two months ago and I don’t think I’ve seen much change besides a leaf or two falling off and two newer leaves emerging up top.
I got it with one of the big leaves on the bottom being cracked and am wondering if I just need to cut this guy off? And for the new leaves at the top one of them had some browning at the top which I guess may be from under watering but reading things online it seems like overwatering is the bigger problem when it comes to these plants.
I only water it when the top couple inches are totally dry and have rotated it every 3ish weeks if that matters. It gets a lot of indirect sunlight but not much in the way of direct sunlight. Located in NE US if that helps w context.

I think overall your plant looks pretty happy and healthy. Personally I leave a damaged leaf on. The plant will take care of it. It’s not a dying leaf.
It sounds like the lighting situation is good. It might even in time be moved closer to brighter light. Light through a window is considered indirect light because the glass filters out some rays.
I’m still a newbie but it looks good to me.
