I’m curious about that heavy black plastic in photo #2 that appears to be a weed barrier. Doesn’t that prevent water from passing into the ground? Perhaps it is perforated and I can’t see it. My mother has sent to me a bunch of AI-generated videos lately showing landscaping work and in each video a woman lays down heavy black plastic in a flower bed. I think to myself, no way… how does water get into the ground.
What was used to make the wooden privacy screen? It looks really nice!
