How is this hardening? They should be outside, first 15 min then 30 then prolonge…

Also some of then are already long time ready for the garden. When thex reach 30cm thex should be planted

Also you parket with all that moisture can expand and crack.

Otherwise good job of keeping them alive

this is my dining room table and then where you see the grow lights in the back is all of my peppers and basil and then to the side there’s another circular table with about 12 more tomatoes πŸ˜‚ I got my show off front and center ….. I had a rough start cuz I didn’t have grow lights for the first month, they were just in the window …so after I got those and some fish emulsion, things are starting to take off….. oh and that doesn’t include all of the broccoli, cauliflower and bok choy that I just was able to put in ground a couple days ago ….i currently only have two grow lights but they are heavy duty 9 band LED (got them from somebody that just upgraded there grow room for a specific plant πŸ˜‚) but they’re still not enough for everything I grow so I’ll have to invest in a few more of my own next year

My spare bathroom looks like this, because we have a kitten who thought they were WAY too fun to play with!

Beautiful! I’m all for up-potting, but I like my plants “leggy:. I’ll dig a hole 18” deep and add soil over the next few weeks.

tomato are fine down to 40F you sure they cant go outside?

I bought super intense lights and just harden off indoors now. You just adjust the ppfd/DLI to be similar to the sun. The lights are HLG Diablo.

It even works with the extreme sun intensity and single digit humidity we get at high elevation in Colorado.

I put them in full shade and only move inside if there will actually be freezing temperatures at night. Saves a lot of work.

We’ve got an old pasting table that we use to move them around, just carry the whole thing out to get them outside and bring it in when they’ve had enough. Also stops the robot hoover blasting them.

Me, March 6: I can’t wait to start my tomatoes!

Me, May 6: I can’t wait to get all these tomatoes out of here!

. . . They were so cute and tidy in their 6-cells, but of course that only lasts for a few weeks, which I somehow always forget.
