Rubber plant dying

Rubber plant leaves are so droopy for more than 10 days. I thought it would survive. Can't understand if it was over or under watering. But soil was porous enough it was in cocopeat when bought from nursery. Was alive for 1 month when bought from nursery now all droopy. I took it out of the pot and here's what the root looks like.

I keep it indoors take it out every afternoon when sunlight comes in my corridor.
