I purchased this Florida beauty "butt cut" about 4-5 months ago. I left it in the nursery pot it came in and I assumed it would start growing from the node below the cut but nothing has come from it in all that time. I have it under grow lights, water and fertilize it regularly. All of my other philodendrons are growing perfectly fine and have in the past after being cut, but for some reason this one isn't any ideas?

Looks healthy. Sometimes it takes them a while after a cut to start growing again. I’d say keep doing mostly what you are doing. What grow lights are you using? If they aren’t strong enough that could be the issue, but otherwise I would just wait.

I think both your top nodes are starting to pop. When you see color underneath corking, that typically means the plant is trying activate that node. I wasn’t sure about the top but it also looks like it’s trying to do something. All my Flobes are pretty slow growing compared with other philodendrons and monsteras imo. Only my compacta is slower than my flobes.
