So I bought this Monstera at IKEA a few weeks ago. To me it looks pretty healthy but i read that you want to cut the lower leafs to support growing and to get more holes in the bigger leafs. Would you trim something off?

No. They need leaves to grow, and bigger leaves come by being in a bright light source.
