I’ve been gardening for my homie for about 3 years, he’s pretty vague about what he wants so I have a lot of flexibility.
One thing he said when I said “how do you want your yard to look?” He said “I want people to laugh when they see it. Make it funny”
I established two large beds in the front of his house and have been adding structure with plantings, but does anyone have ideas of something that would be humorous just using plants/shrubs? His wife is a lil more picky but she doesn’t really share feedback unless she dislikes something, and she likes to put in her own statues/decorations so I can rely on props for comedic value. Thanks

Shooot I wish I had a customer like this. Sooo many possibilities sooo many ways to get the picky one pissed off. Lmao well you could start shaping all the shrubs into poop emojis or dicks. Or run by the dollar store and every time you stop by to do work and place a tacky lawn nome somewhere in the landscape. Before they realize it you will have placed at least 50 lol. Or if you’re in the south plant only the color combo of their rival sec school favorite team.
