Got them Sunday, let them bottom water for 15 minutes, then put it in its decorative pot, close to the window facing east, but not right on the window ledge. About a meter away from it in a dresser.
Haven't watered since, noticed some flowers not doing too well. I cut them off.
Help? Thanks! 🩷

Flowers don’t last forever. It’s more important that the foliage is healthy so it can bloom again.

It doesn’t sound like it’s getting much light. It’s probably better off on the window sill.

Are you checking the soil? How long does it take for the soil to dry significantly?

African violets love to stay moist and appreciate fertilizer with every watering. They also have a special preference for fertilizer apparently so I just got one superficially for it. And flowers don’t last forever! Looks like normal life cycle stuff to me.

Flowers don’t last for ever. If you bought it in full bloom they will be gone soon and you’ll have to wait until it flowers again

It’s normal. It’ll keep opening new flowers for a while if it’s doing well. Do not to overwater, but also not let it wither. Drainage is key.
