Every time I think I have found the back of my Monstera, it grows another back. I think it now has 2 backs in different directions. Can someone tell me where the back is and what I should do moving forward?

It's placed in the corner of the room next to the window.

You’re overthinking it, I think, about what is the back. I’m newer and just getting more confident w my monstera. So please correct me folks. But the back is the coco pole. Keep it facing back. This isn’t a plant that wants to be rotated. It might be growing towards two plus sources of light because it was not getting enough, which is I think why mine went bushier/wider instead of taller. My guess is it wants (or wanted in the past) more light.

Secondly, the second tie is on a petiole, the leaf stem. It should be on the stem stem how the top one is. The petiole is where another leaf will grow out of. By strapping it down, you’re not encouraging that. Either move it lower down or ditch it all together id guess.

Lastly, looking at the new leaf w the fenestration, it doesn’t seem your plant is unhappy.

Please more experienced plant parents, correct me!!! Still learning but trynna help
