Seedlings can look healthy, and then quickly die. If this is happening, here are 5 reasons it is happening and how to prevent it.

  1. I could have used this in February! I'm in Georgia, so I started them then. The whole first set died. Thank God the next set did great. It was the first time it ever happened to me

  2. I've been struggling with growing lettuce from seed. I use a fan, put the grow lights close, and only water when it looks and feels dry but the seeds sprout inconsistently and seedlings seem weak from the start. My other seedlings like bell pepper, tomatillo, tomato, melon plants, and cucumber do well under the same conditions, so I'm not sure what's wrong. I moved the containers of lettuce ouside on my porch to see if that helps about 2 days ago. I hope they recover and start getting bigger so I can plant them in the ground to replace ones that have bolted.

  3. Super weird, last year my amish paste grew so fast and full, this year they are still only a couple inches tall with only 2 sets of leaves. However, my royal paste looks great. 🤷🏽‍♀️

1st year starting corn indoors. Planted Saturday and they are already popping. Will be put outside in a few weeks. Hope they dont grow too big 😮
