I fully planned on this, which is why I have those nifty u posts with cotton swabs on top to drape the cloth. (Not plastic, thankfully!)
Also, 0/10 do not recommend doing this by yourself on a VERY windy day. But, had my husband helped, we'd probably be divorced 🤣

This is an automatic reminder regarding r/dahlias Rule 3:
When reasonable*, posters should make a good-faith effort to identify which variety/varieties are shown in their photo(s). If you don’t know for certain, please say so. Someone will usually know!
