    Looks like a Duranta Erecta. I just let mine grow wild, so I can’t give any pruning tips.

    Just trim the wild shoots back to an acceptable shape. If it gets mold thin the interior without damaging the structure and make sure there is no spray on the trunk or branches. You could reduce a bit on top for a more bush like plant, but do it slowly as to no leave a bare top. Good luck!

    Sky flower. You can prune it to hell and it will com back.
