These are new growth spikes ! Kind of like nodes for monsteras or pothos. I used crazy keiki cloning paste to encourage them to actually grow
It is!!! Mine did that too. Everyday I would check it out for progress. I chopped mine at the end of March. Here is a photo of it a few days ago. The leaves are even bigger today. I ended up with 4 new stems with this chop.
