root looks healthy to me…. why wouldn’t it survive?

Considering they can still survive even with no roots I say you’ll probably be ok
Provided you don’t bury them too deep and don’t use regular potting soil…they need a chunky mix that water can pass through easily so they don’t get root rot. Same goes for burying them too deep, their stems and petioles can start to rot, only the roots go under the soil
Then blast them with as much light as you can, they’re little light goblins and will eat as much as you give them. Without proper light they will get all leggy and grow every which direction

They will all be fine as long as you have a node attached, they will develop new roots. Some of the smaller ones I accidentally chopped the roots off, but left a note, they rooted in water and growing just fine.
Good idea to separate them. I just recently learned myself that mass growing operations sell green Monstera Deliciosa in crowded pots to make it look full.
The pot that I intentionally growing with multiple plants in it have smaller leaves, and I’m OK with that.

Absolutely. Pot them!

Crazy they fit that many plants in a pot.
I’d propagated the ones with the smallest roots in water before potting.

Thank you all for your replies!!!
How fast do you think it can take for them to recover from the upcoming shock

These look pretty healthy tbh, id pot them all individually and give them a stake or something for a bit of support personally!

It’ll be fine. The last time I repotted mine I had to use a literal bread knife to saw the root ball in half. Damn thing acted like nothing happened, and is now 8’ tall.

I kid you not, I just separated mine this past weekend and was going to post it here. It looked exactly like this, I had 11 in one pot!
So far, they’re okay. Hopefully it stays that way. 😅 Good luck!
