sweetgum?
Looks like sweetgum to me. Grew up with the all over east Texas. Indigenous used to use the sap like chewing gum, apparently, hence the nickname

It belongs to Liquidambar. Sure about the genus but not the species. You can download an app Picture This. It’s super helpful for ID-ing plants.

Liquidamber AKA sweet gum tree. Growing up in Ohio we called them monkey balls.
