Why does my opuntia flower like crazy, then drop all its fruit?

   They don’t look like developed fruits. You’ll likely need another opuntia plant with different genes flowering nearby or, get some pollen from another one and try pollinating it yourself.

   Do you have any pollinators around?

   No bees no fruit. Try hand pollinating with a q tip and see if fruit sets.
