You are doing so great! Oregano ready to harvest, garlic almost ready. If you got all those pots emptied and planted in one day, I will eat my garden straw hat. πβ€π
Kaye on a sunny day in May!β€πβ€π
Well, you're WAY ahead of me!! My seedlings are all so small still! Except for scarlet runner… I had no idea how very robust those plants are! I still have more to plant, but the ones I started are huge!
Yes, beauty is really important.β€οΈ

Hey Kaye – Hope you got everything planted that you planned to and weather was not too bad except for the wind. Nutgrass/weeds, ants, deer and moles/voles seem to be your biggest challenges in the garden which is more than enough just to grow something to eat. As for the ants, have you tried Borax and sugar/honey? Zen Garden has a trap setup as the borax is toxic to other animals too so need to be sure only ants have access to it. Thanks for the updates and hope you have a great week…
Beautiful! it's going to be a great season!
Wow Kaye, you have gotten a lot planted already. We are a few weeks later up here in NJ. Usually plant after Mother's day and or around Memorial Day.
If you know what kind of ants they are, you can look up online which ant trap to use and get it at a big box store or order it. The traps are very specific but once you get the right bait, it works really well.
