I just wanted to show off my new Thai Con (aka Mysteria Spotsylvania ๐Ÿ™„). Iโ€™ve been wanting one for a while, but the big box store plants I can afford always look like ๐Ÿ’ฉ.

I found this one yesterday at the Depot for $30 with no leaf damage and a new one about to unfurl. Should I treat her any differently than my regular deliciosas? Sheโ€™ll be getting either a sphagnum moss pole (like the others) or a plank (which I have never tried) and a grow light, once she acclimates.

Fyi, they don’t acclimate. That’s just a myth. Just be aware that variegated plants have increased light requirements, so this would do best in a sunny window or with a strong vertical/upright grow light. Absolutely gorgeous! ๐Ÿ’š
