I unfortunately made the mistake of maybe getting my soil ratio off with my dieffenbachia cuttings and ended up rotting the ends of most of them. I have now trimmed the rot off all of them and am looking to replant better this time.
What method would be best? Should I mix more perlite through the soil? Pure perlite? I have my longer stems in water and they’re fine but the smaller “nubs” I’d like to keep out of water.
