I bought this baby last week. I am just about to repot it into a chunky aroid mix. What is the best thing to do for it? It was missing all that dirt when I got it

Do I report it and leave it alone until it gets bigger than figure out how to put it on a pole?

There is just a lot going on there and idk what to do with it.

Get yourself a good chunky mix, a pot size above the one you have, gently clean the dirt from the roots as well as loosen them gently. Then put into larger pot and your chunky mix. If you are feeling adventurous there may be a pup attached, just make sure it has roots to survive .

I usually repot once I see roots starting to grow out of the drainage holes or if I see a root ball (coiled up roots in tight circles) when I inspect the soil.

I wait at least 2-4 weeks before repotting a plant I brought home. A chunky mix with a well draining pot will be perfect for this.
