This is my beautiful bird of paradise plant. (Very much needs a repot). It has developed this over the past couple of weeks. Can someone please confirm if it's scale? 🥲
Please also note last photo is after I wiped one of the leaves down with an indoor plant mist using a microfiber cloth.
