Hola! Tome un esqueje de la planta de mi tia hace casi dos años, prendió bien e incluso dio hojas pero luego se estancó.
Lo tuve en agua como 4 meses hasta que dio bastantes raíces pero finas y lo trasplante a tierra. Ha dado un monton se hojas pero todas sus hojas son pequeñas, nunca crece. Tiene ya mucho tiempo el esqueje y ni siquiera la primer hoja esta grande, los tallos principales también se ven delgados.
Nose que puede ser, tiene bastante sol ya que esta al lado de una ventana, buena tierra, mantengo húmedo… Ayuda

It looks like a philodendron to me. I put my plants beside east & west-facing windows (right beside them) and use my window sheers as filters if needed. Fertilizing helps. If you’ve had it for two years, I’d say take it out & remove old soil, freshen with new soil, & get a good fertilizer.
Edited to include wiping the leaves down with damp microfiber cloth, too.

Ese puede ser el problema, yo dejaría secar la tierra antes de volver a regar. Si está constantemente húmedo, se pueden pudrir las raíces.
looks like a heart leaf philodendron.
Let it dry out a little more, and try adding a grow light.
I bought one at Lowes last August and didn’t get a single new leaf all fall, but I added a grow light (a sansi clip on light) and that thing has now grown about 18″ on both plants in the pot since late December.
Try using some mycorrhizal fungi on it; this has boosted all my plants. Not the solution to your problem, just an additional advice (maybe it will solve the problem too though)
