No, anything with that kind of silver lining (or plastics) is not great for compost.
No plastic, no metal.
That bag says “be sure to chill any perishables” and also “tests” I don’t see what you’re saying it says

Not a dumb question. I’ve always wondered this as well but never did cuz I don’t trust that silver lining
