Maybe a Wildeve or David Austin rose? They’re a kind of Old-Fashioned/English Shrub Rose.
The color of the petals, the coloration and leaves shape, the way it grows more like a bush than a climbing plant, and the full and fluffy look to the flowers themselves can indicate towards it being a Wildeve

There’s hundreds of rose varieties. This is my best guess.

The antique rose emporium has a website with a ton of rose varieties listed. Or a local rose society if you have one.
This is gorgeous! I’m so jealous
