It looks to me like some type of crabappple cultivar like the Prairifire or Profusion. It may be easier to narrow down which cultivar when the fruits come in, but I do feel confident it’s a crabapple.

Ornamental crabapple! If there were smaller dangly flower clusters it would be a cherry. I think this is specifically Prairifire crabapple.
