Cardon?
It’s an amazing cactus but I am pretty certain it’s a Cardon and not a Saguaro. The big tell is the flowers. Here are some saguaro cactus flowers up close for comparison.

My family that lives in Riverside, basically LA, has probably 10 around their yard. I love seeing them.
Not a saguaro. I thought at first it’s a pachycereus, but looking at how big the flowers are and how long the throat are. It’s most likely a Trichocereus Terscheckii aka south American saguaro
