I've had this Crested Echeveria for about two months. It was shipped bare root. I didn't water it right away (as instructed). It sits in filtered sun outside and the only water it received was from the two or three times it lightly rained.
I noticed today that it is turning black but it is not mushy. Any help is appreciated.
