Its not only difficult to find all those varieties in seedlings, but would be a small fortune… HOWEVER, if you don't have a rather large greenhouse, well protected from the elements/ cold (or ALOT of bright windows, and all your flat surfaces indoors filled with seed trays!), it can be challenging to aquire that kind of quantity and variety 😢
I love sweet 100 tomatoes and fahrenheit blue tomatoes, carne di corno peppers, parsley doesn't bolt for a year, cut and come again celery, leaf lettuce, alyssum, different colour calendulas, green onions, orach, kales and collards, #1 leaf ( perennial spinach).
