Week 2 or 3, avocado seed. Plenty of sunlight this time. All the examples ive seen online are leggy with big leaves and no branching at all for the first couple years, seems hard to care.

You can just put the pit in soil directly. No peeling or toothpicks required. Thick end down, let the pointy end stick up above the soil. Either water a little and frequently so that the soil is constantly slightly damp, or put a clear plastic bag over the pot to keep the humidity up until the pit sprouts
