We have these raised flower beds in our garden. The issue is that thr soil escapes through the garden between the stones.

This is an old photo and these beds are now full of established plants, making it hard to add any kind of lining to prevent the soil from escaping.

Im looking for advice on how to seal these gaps or and small plants that could grow used as a natural barrier.

At only twice the cost you can have two rows of stones! Place offset to block the gaps.

    Not advice, ideas.

Some sort of 2′ long skinny stakes pounded even with them. Would split the gaps in two so double the drainage cracks which might lessen the amount of soil sifting through.

Pound a tubular fence post in, fill with gravel and wiggle loose adding more gravel as you go. Be adding a layer of drainage behind a retaining wall.

Force something earth toned between. Coir maybe? Be the easiest to do and keep all the drainage you need if it stays put.
