Hi all, my office has clearly had this philodendron for years. I’ve asked around and it’s no one’s in particular. I want to help her so bad! Where do I even start? There are roots growing out the bottom and her stem is super funky. It’s being held up by a piece of cardboard. The soil is black and rock solid yet she’s putting out new growth. How can I help her? Or is she okay? For context, we are hybrid and I am in the office more than most of my colleagues. I have a white princess on my desk under a grow light who’s doing incredible and I want to help this philodendron bad. Also, does anyone have an estimate on her age?
I am incredibly plant savvy but very new to philodendrons (have a pink princess who I battle with and a Billie tiae and brasil who are new to the collection)
