Be sure to acclimate! Those new leaves are very pale which means they’ve been quite starved for sun. A sudden move into sunshine may cause !sunburn. Looks like a great specimen besides that one little issue. It’ll easily overcome that, and will flourish with proper care!
Definitely more light will do her well! She’s one of my more light hungry ones 😊
