A few weeks ago, I propagated my zebrina (my first attempt) and this piece was basically growing independently with roots etc. So I planted it in the same mix and watered it with Baby Bio however it’s been looking progressively worse.
I was hoping someone might have some advice. I’m very new to keeping plants, but I was wondering if that’s a new shoot growing at the bottom and whether I’d need to cut the leaf off to let it grow?

I think it’s a combo of the pot being too big, and the soil not being chunky enough, probably causing root rot
