Hi all.

Can anyone help us diagnose what's wrong with our indoor plant, or know how to help?

For context: it was left out in the sun for too long and has been like this ever since. We do use a plant food spray every other week.

EDIT: Apparently it was already wilting before this. That's why my boyfriend put it outside, he thought the sun would help.

    It’s sunburn, yes.

Those burnt parts will either rot or crumble away. I’d cut them off at some stage.

If there’s unburnt leaves beneath it will be ok eventually.

Prune off the ruined leaves. Dracaena respond pretty strongly to a prune.

Also, a fortnightly spray is a lot for a plant this size. You may actually be overfeeding it and maybe burned the roots. I’d run lots of water through the soil to flush out salts, then mix a tablespoon or two of slow-release granules into the upper soil layer and not feed it otherwise for six months.

Cut off the damage, keep it in shade with moist roots, a little indoor plant food in a month or two when new growth appears
