I had similar where one stock divided into 4-7 stocks and grow together. I had 2 out of 10 plants do this after a stressful event. I think something similar happened to yours
You can let it grow as is and then when things get too stuffy (too many shoots in a spot and no air/light getting through), you can prune the smaller/problematic stems and focus on the good ones.
At the end, on of the stocks was very oval and multiple ridges in them, weird but kinda interesting 🤔
