Hi! i've had this rattlesnake calathea for a few years so i'm really sad what this is happening. see picture, top leaves lost most of the purple underside color and turned a lighter green, stems are now yellow also. if anyone has any idea for what could be wrong, please let me know because it's only been getting worse. thank you!

conditions:
-5in pot with very chunky good draining soil
– watering only when the soil is totally dry and pot feels light
– sits in front of a window that gets good lighting
– i do open my window for maybe an hour every other day – could colder air be affecting it? i'm not sure about this since I've been doing this for over a year and the yellowing only started in the last few months.
– humidity is pretty low here, but again I've had it for a few years and the low humidity has never seemed to be a problem because it has always been healthy.
– I water with filtered water only

Have you ever fertilized the plant? Looks like the soil might have lost all the nutrients it once had.

Also, extracted from the guide attached in the bar of the sub:

**Water**: Moist, but not wet soil. Try not to let the soil dry out too. (It’s a careful balance!)

    Changes in humidity could

What kind of soil / substrate are you using?
