We keep finding celery root and I feel like the last owner of this property planted a bunch and forgot about it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Update: I am now pretty sure that this is manroot, not celery root.

    Celeriac is lovely when sauteed and pureed with arugula and a dash of balsamic. As a root vegetable, it punches above its weight, imo.

    My guess is Yacon. They grow in huge tubers like that sometimesย

    I don’t think this is celeriac. I think it might be greenbrier or something else. If it was celeriac it would smell like celery. And if not that then what does it smell like and what grows out of these? Befor you eat anything its important to know what this is as some big tuber plants can be toxic.
