So my terrarium is around 3 months old and thriving but ive noticed these random micro flies roaming around in there, i always open the lid to let them out. But are they harmless? I only have springtails inside here atm

I think they are fungus gnats. You can use mosquito dunks to get rid of them.
Or wait over a month for the mosquito dunks to show up and have predatory mites take over and kill them all, as happened in my terrarium.
