Hello Friends!
I purchased a house with a mature mango tree. It gave about 100 mangos over the Summer. It was beautiful! (Image 1&2)
I just noticed the trunk looks like it is in sever stress. See images 3&4. The trunk is very brittle and where it is lifting up I can see some blue/grey/brown in the cracks.
Does anyone know what this is and how to help the tree become healthy again?

Can just be age as my two look like this as well. Our trees would be 40-50 years old at least
